Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that buyers are responsible for any import taxes or others (VAT etc.) which may be charged depending on your country and they are not included into the price and shipping fee.
Shipping and delivery time varies depending on which shipping profile your country is located in, please refer to the table below for more details.
We offer Free Standard Shipping for all Singapore, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Australia, Japan purchases. We also offer Free Registered Mail Shipping for Europe purchases.
Additional shipping fees may apply for orders that have a volumetric rate of more than 5kg.
A flat SGD$20 shipping rate for all orders around the world except remote outlying islands/regions. Additional shipping fees may apply for orders that have a volumetric rate of more than 5kg.
Remote Outlying islands/regions will have an additional flat rate shipping charge of SGD$35. Additional shipping fees may apply for orders that have a volumetric rate of more than 5kg.
Note: Volumetric weight calculations for shipping rates only apply for larger items such as front/central console cover, etc. Multiple quantities of paddle shifters or key fob cases will not be categorised under the shipping profile for more than 5kg volumetric weight.

Do note that the shipping time are estimated and are not subjected to customs delay, or any delays due to the ongoing pandemic etc.
