Refunds & Order Cancellations
We accept order cancellations within 48 hours after an order placed with us/as long as the item has not been shipped, a full refund will be issued. For order cancellations after 48 hours/been shipped out will not be accepted and thus not eligible for any refund.
We will notify you once we’ve approved your order cancellation request or not.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If the order has not been shipped, the refunded amount will not include platform/service gateway fees and or charges. Restocking fees may be charged on all order cancellations, please get in touch with us for more information. The net refunded amount is after the deduction of any order-related platform/service gateway/restocking fees and or charges.
Return and Refunds
To give our customers the best online shopping experience, we do accept returns and refund. If you are unsatisfied with the order for whatever reasons, you can return your item to us within 3 days/72 hours upon receiving/ or status of shipment showing as "Successfully Delivered/Delivered".
A proof of purchase is required to be submitted to us via email (hello@tcarbon.store) and the item must be in the same condition as when you received it (undamaged and unused, in the original packaging).
Any returns that do not fulfil the above mentioned criteria will not be eligible for refund. Buyer is responsible for the full cost of the return shipment. Also, the refunded amount will not include shipping fees paid and platform/service gateway fees and or charges. The net refunded amount is after the deduction of any order-related shipping fees and platform/service gateway fees and or charges.
Exchanges for Wrong Model (only applicable to customers who had purchased from us directly)
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us right away about the wrong model, and once the exchange is accepted, make a separate purchase for the correct model.
After the correct model has been shipped to you, do check if it fits your car model and if it does, all you need to do is to ship the wrong model back to us. Buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment. Please do not hesitate to contact us at: hello@tcarbon.store if you are unsure of the model for your car interior/exterior/paddle shifter model/key fob model/steering wheel model prior to making a purchase with us, we will get back to you in the shortest possible time.
Upon inspection and if everything is in its original condition, we will issue you a refund for the wrong model purchase. Do note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after we have issued the refund to you.
Models listed on our store are for reference only, for please contact us with a photo of your vehicle for us to recommend the exact model that is suitable for your vehicle.
For Return Shipment: Please ship back the original item you wish to exchange to us using tracked postages to protect yourself against unfortunate events such as if the item gets lost in the mail. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipment.
For return/exchanges due to defects and damages:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is found to be defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we will not be responsible for any defects reported more than 3 days after receiving or status of shipment showing as "Successfully Delivered/Delivered".

Non-returnable & refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and cash vouchers/gift cards. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
