Politique d’expédition
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
A shipping confirmation email containing the tracking details will be sent to your email when your order has been shipped. Please note that buyers are responsible for any import taxes or others (VAT etc.) which may be charged depending on your country and they are not included into the price and shipping fee.
We offer Worldwide Standard/Registered Mail Shipping for all United States*, United Kingdom, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Canada, Japan and Europe (certain countries) purchases.
*Note: Due to the exemption of de minimis taking effect on May 2, 2025, shipping prices for all orders to the US may change.
Additional shipping fees may apply for orders that have a volumetric rate of more than 5kg. (more information on volumetric rates below)
Remote Outlying islands/regions will have an additional flat rate (on top of existing shipping rate) fee of SGD$14.99, excluding any additional shipping fees which may apply for orders that have a volumetric rate of more than 5kg.

Note: Additional information to consider before purchase:
- Shipping time are estimated and are not subjected to customs delay, or any delays not within our control. For eg. higher shipping volumes are expected during festive seasons and deliveries may be delayed.
- For Shipment to Middle Eastern countries, our staff may contact you for additional information (such as ID number) when processing your order as required by your local customs.
- For Orders to Hong Kong and Taiwan, National ID is required. Our staff will contact you for additional information when processing your order.
- For orders rejected/not collected by the buyer within the scheduled delivery window, the buyer is responsible for any additional cost for the return of package and custom fees and may not be eligible for a full refund.
- Volumetric weight calculations for shipping rates only apply for larger items such as front/central console cover, etc. Multiple quantities of paddle shifters or key fob cases will not be categorised under the shipping profile for more than 5kg volumetric weight.
